Meaning-Making for the Masses

Are you looking to explore the "bigger questions" in life? Do you want to better define your guiding principles or values? Need support while standing at a personal crossroads? Looking for new ways to understand yourself, your environment, and your place in the universe? Meaning-making covers all of that and then some.

Broadly speaking, meaning-making is the process of how persons construe, understand, or make sense of life events, relationships, and the self. This work can be approached from a variety of perspectives, such as psychology, philosophy, religion, and spirituality. That said, you don't need to identify with a religious or spiritual affiliation, have a college degree, or any other special qualification in order to want to explore these topics! All that's required is a willingness to explore the messier parts of life, an openness to new perspectives, and a desire to work towards a stronger and more cohesive outlook on the world.

However you choose to embark on this journey, I will work with you as a sounding board, cheerleader, resource concierge, and accountability buddy. My style of engagement is free-flowing, candid, and more than a little silly. I'm a big believer in you being the captain of your own journey; my role as your advisor and teammate is to help you make choices that lead in the direction that's best for you.
