This was the model that the black cast members used to establish a similar group and with Ari’s help, produced a 5-year antiracism plan.
They have also helped establish safe spaces for minority groups regarding religion, ethnicity, and gender. Their brave first gathering has fundamentally changed our culture for the better.”
